Women’s only boot-camp style cross training class.
Every class is different and engaging (circuits, high intensity intervals, or non-stop movement).
In the summer (June-September) we take the classes outside.
No experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to get outside of your comfort zone 🙂
We have a great group of ladies that make this class a lot of fun!
This is one of the few classes that we can offer free-trial classes for (sorry, we cant offer trials for the kickboxing unless it is a scheduled event). If you’d like to join us one Thursday for this please shoot us an email!
